Immigration Nightmares

So yesterday I heard from the woman in the MP's office who is helping me find out my immigration status. Apparently they claimed to her (via fax, there is no speaking with them) that they are waiting for my medical papers. She responded that they were included with the original application, and is now waiting for further response.

THESE IMMIGRATION PEOPLE MAKE NO SENSE!! If they were missing part of our file (which if they are, is their fault) don't you think they would contact us?? Apparently not, because that would be too logical!! That requires SENSE! I can't say how frustrated I am, but hopefully you get an idea. They have had all of our papers (and we have proof of this, because they sent us letters in July stating "we have all your papers") for MONTHS and NOW we hear they are waiting for more. UGH!

I hope to hear back from my contact in the MPs office on Monday, and then will know what I should do. She is, naturally, waiting for a fax, because the immigration department doesn't speak.
